This video demonstrates functional range conditioning, continuous active range or simply active range of motion of the ankle joint. Perform 20-30 seconds of clockwise & counter-clockwise circles on each leg every morning before starting your day.

This exercise helps solve overhead shoulder range of motion problems and shoulder joint mobility problems.
