Athletic Performance

We all want to reach our optimal performance level and crush our goals as an athlete. At Physiofit Rx we know that athletes’ safest movement patterns are also their strongest. Gyms should not only be a place to sweat but should also be a setting to observe, diagnose and correct movement errors which lead to pain and injury. We’ve learned how to identify when movement dysfunction is present, the price paid due to the movement dysfunction in terms of reduced human performance and power output, and how to solve the problems causing the dysfunctions in a do-it-yourself fashion.
